In view of the difficult conditions in which the Palestinian people live in general and owing of the deteriorating situation of the academic sector in particular, I believe that if I am granted a scholarship to obtain a postgraduate degree, I will be able to help my people.
Indeed, we the Palestinians like to be educated in order to improve and raise our living standards and to bring about prosperity to our country.
I have been trying to help my people through my voluntary work at Al-Shmoh Cultural Center (www.alshmoh-center.org) and the Information Technology Center (www.pitcenter.org) where I teach courses in computer programming to various groups of students.
I am seeking a scholarship that will enable me to get an M.S (Master of Science) in computer field which will quality me to be a member of the academic faculty of AL-Quds Open University (www.qou.edu) whose student enrollment amounts to almost 53000 student. This degree will be an improvement on the academic level, particularly at Bethlehem Study Center, where there is a serious shortage of such qualifications in the computer department.
Therefore, I submit this application to your kind consideration in Joseph Fourier University, hoping that I will be granted the chance to join your University with the aim of achieving the sought-after degree and grants, also I would like to be considered to have a scholarship or any other scholarship programs that can help.

I am from Nepal an underdeveloping country. I am going to complete my I. Sc. course from Nepal in July,2007. I want to do undergraduate course in IT from Norway but my family economy and financial condition can not support my education in Norway. So, I need scholarship for my study.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am a passing-out student of MSc Meteorology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. I completed my BSc in Physics from Indra Gabdhi National Open University with 67.5% aggregate marks. I have had GRE’s scores of Verbal:580, Quantative:690, Analytical: 4 and TOEFL-IBT score of 90 out of 120. I carried out an independent review of regional climate changes like increased precipitation which is quite obvious now-a-days and the paper was accepted for presentation in 87th Annual Meeting of Americal Meteorological Society. I am doing my MSc dissertation over simulation of cyclone with WRF model.

I am equivalentally interested in study/research of climate changes with state of the arts models like WRF and HORF.

I am Nepalese. I have been bachelor graduate in health from Trivuvan University of Nepal having 3 years working experience as development worker in the field of public health at rural community level. Basically it was focused to under five children and their mother. It is proven as one of the successful program in Nepal throughout the Asia, named as Community Based- Intigrated Management of Childhood Illness (CB-IMCI). In this program, the root level volunteer health workers (Female community health volunteer- FCHV, most of them are illetrate where as such worker are in number of 50 thousands in our country) are trained so as to treat pneumonia at community level.
