  am M.S.c in biophysics at International Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics ( IBB ). In following I list my researches:
  1-theoritical insight to expression of Growth factors
  2-radiation effect on some growth factors expression and shedding.

  my last resaerch was on evolutionary genetic.I was interested about it and I like to continue my PhD in this field.I have some idea about it and like do it in my future PhD thesis.
  During of my MSc I passed molecular biophysics, biothermodynamic, biophysical chemistry, bioinformatics and … courses. I am familiar with some databases (such as PDB, EMBL, SWISSPROT, EBI, NCBI, PIR…) and some program for data analysis (BLAST, FASTA, CLAWSTALL…) and some software (WEB lab viewer lite …) of bioinformatics .I am familliar with c programming ,too. I have a sound knowledge of the following methods / techniques Such as: RT-PCR, Comet assay, Animal cell culture, gel Electrophoresis, Ion Exchange chromatography, too.
