China – Hong Kong Polytechnic University Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Associates in Tourism Management
Postdoctoral Fellow(one post) or Research Associates (two posts) [Re-advertisement]

Duties
The appointee(s) will assist the project leader in the project – “Assessing Hong Kong’s competitiveness as an international destination using tourist satisfaction indexesâ€. The appointee(s) will be required to
- review literature on tourism satisfaction and destination competitiveness;
- design questionnaires and collect data;
- analyse data and calculate tourism satisfaction indexes;
- undertake administrative duties related to the project.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Postdoctoral Fellow post should have a doctoral degree or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than three years of post-qualification experience at the time of application. Applicants for the Research Associate posts should have a master’s degree in Management Science/Economics or a good honours degree plus at least three years of research experience.
Applicants should also be familiar with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique. Research experience related to tourism will be an advantage.
