Nanotube and Nanodevice Laboratory of School of Electrical Engineering at Korea university is seeking for a contract professor or a Post. Doc on Carbon Nanotube research. Researchers with Ph.D. degree who are involved in the following research topics
can apply this position.
- Electrical transport and Electrical properies of CNTs
- CNT nanosensors, CNT transistors, CNT thin film transistors
- Field emission properties of CNTs
- FED, LCD backlight, flat Lamp,
- CNT based X-ray source, Electron beam source, Microwave amplifier
- Contract professor
- Ph.D. with at least one year of research experience
- Salary will be around $26,000 - $32,000 per year according to a research career and a research activity
- Appointment period is a year and it can be extended up to 4 years
- Post Doctorial
- Researcher whose post doctorial period is less than 5 years
- Salary will be around $20,000 - $25,000 per year according to a research career and a research activity
- Appointment period is a year and it can be extended up to 4 years
