3. Martin Kangwa | January 29th, 2007 at 11:51 am
I am a Zambian aged 26, applying for a research degree in Molecular Biology/ immunology; currently in my final year Biochemistry specialized in molecular immunology and molecular pharmacology at Kazan state university. I’m expected to graduate in 2007 with a diploma with distinction, with GPA 4.9/5.0. I’m interested in doing a PhD research at your university. I did a research work on the influence of hydrogen radical on DNA hydrolyzing activity of DNase and antibodies of autoimmune diseases. Currently I’m studying the influence of antibodies to native DNA class IgG on lymphocytes of healthy donor in the presence Н2О2.
This is a particularly exciting as I would be able to use my knowledge of biochemistry, molecular biology and clinical diagnostics, which would enhance the effectiveness of my work as a research scientist. I can work with minimal supervision.
My further aim is to explore the influence of hydrogen radical and hydrolyzing activities of antibodies in autoimmune diseases and immune deficiency diseases. It’s time we need to understand diseases at a molecular level.
Sincerely,
Martin Kangwa
