  Dear Sir/Madam
  I am Nepalese. I have been bachelor graduate in health from Trivuvan University of Nepal having 3 years working experience as development worker in the field of public health at rural community level. Basically it was focused to under five children and their mother. It is proven as one of the successful program in Nepal throughout the Asia, named as Community Based- Intigrated Management of Childhood Illness (CB-IMCI). In this program, the root level volunteer health workers (Female community health volunteer- FCHV, most of them are illetrate where as such worker are in number of 50 thousands in our country) are trained so as to treat pneumonia at community level. I facilitated many training programs in this task, in many districts. This program is supporting program of governmetn health policy and plan and conducted through CARE-International in Nepal. As I see the many public health problems in our country during my working tenure, I decided to persuing my further education in public health field to give my further inputs in these areas. So sir/madam, I would like to extend my education for masters level in public health (MPH) in university of any of your country under your schoolarship program as Europe has renewed iteself as one of the topmost in the field of public health study. So I would be much thankful if I can grab that schoolarship opportunity to study MPH. I want to assure you that I will utilize my MPH knowledge excessively to take the radical change in health status of people of Nepal living in rural community.   I am a 43 yrs old Sri Lankan Female. I recieved my B.Sc.(General) in physical science with 2nd class upper in 1990 (I was to recieve my B.Sc. in 1987, but because of a crisis period in our country our universities kept closed and I recieved my first degree three years late.) and Postgraduate diploma in Applied Statistics in 1992.
  In 1992 I was appointed to my current employment as Assistant Statistician in the unversity system. From October 2006 I got a transfer to the Faculty of medicine of the university. Here I have to support for statistical analysis parts of medical research papers and projects.
  After1992 I couldn’t continue studies due to my responsiblities and the busy life I had as a house wife and a mother of two kids. Now the kids are grown and independent.
  It is a reqirement for my post to obtain a postgraduate 2(or more) research degee and also I need to well equipped with the knowledge to handle Medical statistic problems.
  I write this with a positive hope of recieving a scholarship to do a Medical Statistic research postgraduate degree eventhough my age is too old for scholarship considerations.

B/c of this USA helps us this ART medicine beside i hope you know my country Ethiopia is one of the country in Africa affected by HIV ADS, it is un developed and it is the most poor by the case of this we have a shortage of understanding with HIV ADS, b/c we are not developed technically and information communication. as i told you in the above sentences i working in the USA organization which is I-TCH Ethiopia. so, by upgrading my profession/specialized/ which is computer science to Masters degree program to solve all these problem.
  So, Dear, Sir, Madam you are the first one helper, to the poorest country from the poor by comparing from the poor.
