  Respected sir
  My self-Bachan Prakash Biyan. i would like apply to position of PhD in your loyal university.
  I have done my graduation in biotechnology with first class. I have received MSc.(previous) biotechnology result with first class. Now I shall give MSc.( final) biotechnology exam.
  My master degree wills complete June July. I would like join PhD degree at august 2007 to onwards
  I have done three training in field of biotechnology. In which two is dedicate to private company in both one is in exiss diagnostic & biotech ltd. gurgoan where I did learn about diagnosis of disease and manufacturing of novel kits. Second is in Jaipur dairy. Jaipur. Where I did learn about manufacturing of dairy product. And third did in institute of generics & integrative biology (I.G.I.B.) Delhi. In it learn about biological hydrogen production by using anaerobic digestion. And and searching new bacteria by using ribotyping and cultivable & non cultivable method for H2 production, phb production and nanotechnology.bioreamidation.
  i done project on the topic of anaerobic digestion of waste and biological hydrogen production
  in which learn h2 production and charrecterrizatation bacteria eg.-disulophonation test , antibiotic susceptibility test , biochemical test (amylase,protease,lipase), nanotechnology means bioremediations isolation of bacteria , degradable plastic production (phb) , discovery of novel bacteria for h2, phb, nanotechnology , enzyme production , health care etc. i done that bacteria who have upon thee capabilities, volatile fatty acid checking in bacterial culture , glucose estimation , protein estimation , ribotyping.
  For this excellent work I would heartily thanks Dr.v.c. kalia, scientist-e2, HOD-environmental biotech section, IGIB (csir) Delhi, India
  I have research command in three major areas;
  1. Plant biotechnology
  Transgenic plant meant crop improvement,
  ( plant leaf dna isolation , pcr , electrophoresis , purification of pcr product , sequencing , preparation gene library , cloning , rlfp , and electrophoreses dna length checking , tissue culture techniques , conducts several plant physiology and morphology practical in B.Sc. study of meiosis in alium root, study of enzyme using potato peals , osmosis process, evaporation, cut t.s./l.s. several plant etc.)
  2. Animal biotechnology
  Animal tissue culture and disease diagnosis
  3. Environmental biotechnology
  And also having good research work on biological hydrogen production, anaerobic digestion of waste and by using glucose media, batch culture and continuous culture ribotyping ; ; ;
  ( “isolation of dna from cultivable and non cultivable bacteria for h2 production and nanotechnology and phb production ,electrophoresis , pcr , purification of pcr product ,sequencing , blast of new discover sequence” ),
  bioremediation.(microbial bioleaching)

  I am very keen urge in field of biotech research. I have experience in field of biotech. Because I have been in field of biotech since last five years and I always contact to scientific personality. I always learn about biotech research by him.

  Thanks for giving me chance to contact with you. I am Md. Rezaul Islam Khan. I have much interest in your University and your country. I have already passed B.Sc (Hons.) with the result of first class (65.54% and position in merit was 2nd) from the department of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering, Islamic University, Kushtia , Bangladesh . I have also passed the examination of M.Sc on the same subject from the same Department and University and the result is first class(Number67.5%). I have also much experience in different works of Biotechnology as listed bellow;

  1. Thesis Work( M.Sc): Environmental Impacts of the Microbial insecticide, Bacillus thuringiensis var. kuristaki and Toxicity to some non-target organisms.
  Duration:- One year

  2. Project Work (B.Sc): Effect of Cinnamon, Cardamon, and Clove oil on the mortality of the pulse beetle, Callosobruchus maculatus

  3. Project Work (B.Sc): Anti Microbial Effects of Rhizome Black seed & Black

  seed oil.
  Duration:- 6 Months

  4. Study Report (B.Sc): Biotechnological approach for corps (Sugercane, Pulse) Improvement. (Bangladesh Sugarcane & Pulse research Institute Ishwardi, Pabna)
  5. Study Report (B.Sc): Fermentation Technology: Bioprocess development of Alcohol production through Yeast culture. (Crew & Co. BD Ltd, Darsona, Chuadanga)

  Now, I want to do Phd. on Biotechnology or Moleculerbiology. If there is any scholership, then provide me application form, application procedure,deadlineof application etc.
